Special Valentine's Day in Japan


In Japan, Valentine's Day is celebrated with a rather unique way. Woman gives gift of chocolates to men and women lainnya.hanya gift giving gifts (especially chocolate) for men. Japanese women are usually too shy to express their love. Therefore, Valentine's Day is considered to be a great opportunity to let women express their feelings. The tradition of giving chocolate gives a huge advantage for sellers chocolate shop. Now chocolate company in Japan selling more than half of their annual sales during the week before Valentine's Day. 
Chocolate gift is divided into three jenisyaitu: giri choco (obligatory chocolate), honmei choco (chocolate for men, women seriously) and tomo choco (chocolate for female friends woman) .. Giri choco is given by women to their superiors in the workplace as well as to other male co-workers. It is not unusual for a woman to buy 20 to 30 boxes different types of chocolates to share at the office where she worked. 
 
Men are required to return the prize to a woman on the day called "White Day" which is on March 14, exactly one month after Valentine's Day, men who are lucky enough to receive a gift of chocolate has a chance to return the favor by giving gifts to the women who gave them gifts of chocolate , for some reason or another, it seems the prize will be worth a bit higher than the purchase of women). Chocolate gifts will be brought by men in a white box that is why it is called "White Day"
